The students of Music 158B have formed an ensemble and are putting on a concert/installation titled ‘sun/sets.’ This event explores changing data from the sunset to inform the audio-visual elements in the room, including pixel-mapping, moving lights, projection-mapping, hybrid instruments, spatialized sound, and more. Additionally, at each half-hour there will be short musical three-minute acoustic sets that serve as transitions from one section to the next.
